The July Trip to Texas!

What a trip it was! Over the 4th of July (1998) weekend, my Dad, my friend Jeff, and I went to Houston, Texas from Kalamazoo, MI (and back) to buy this car.

It's late... We're tired (drove all night, ya know). But, the deal's done, and we're loading the TR2 onto the trailer, for the trip back to the hotel and a short night's sleep.

And, after a brief sleep, we're ready to head home, with the car prepared for the rain we're expecting to drive through.

After almost 2400 miles and 48 hours on the road, we are back! That's my Dad (Phil Sr) on the left, my good friend from work, Jeff in the middle, and Me (Phil Jr) on the right.
